What we collect
Only what you choose to share through our forms: your name, contact details, and information about your real estate goals (budget range, preferred neighbourhoods, timeline, property details you volunteer). Forms marked optional are truly optional — we only require enough to respond to your request.
Why we collect it
To respond to your inquiry, prepare the resource you asked for (valuations, guides, alerts), and follow up about your request. We do not sell your personal information.
Consent (CASL)
By checking the consent box on a form, you agree Rite Realty may contact you about your request. Marketing messages (like market updates) are only sent if you tick the separate, optional marketing box. Every marketing message includes an easy unsubscribe, and we stop within 10 business days of any opt-out request, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation.
Text messages & calls
We do not send automated text messages without your express consent, and we do not cold-call numbers on prohibited or do-not-call lists. If your number is on such a list and you ask us not to call, we won't.
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time by replying to any message or using the contact page. We'll stop promotional follow-ups immediately and keep only the minimum records required.
Storage & access
Your details are stored in a secure client database accessible only to Rite Realty. You may ask what we have on file, request corrections, or ask us to delete your information.
No guarantees
We never promise guaranteed sale prices, guaranteed property values, or guaranteed leads. Market conditions vary — any figures we share are professional opinions based on current data.
